 As part of the ongoing work to support the Learning and Skills Sector the LSIS STEM Programme is once again running FREE network events in Science, Mathematics and Engineering during the autumn term.
The dates and venues for these free events can be found below.
These networks will continue to give you an opportunity to work with colleagues across your region and also to work collaboratively with other practitioners in your specific subject area.
Participation in subject networks will enable you to benefit from opportunities to:
- share best practice in teaching and learning;
- develop innovative and up-to-date teaching strategies;
- review the range and use of new and stimulating resources;
- network with like minded colleagues in the sector;
- share teaching and learning strategies with a group;
- discuss these strategies with colleagues from different contexts;
- harness the use of technology in teaching and learning.
