News - LSIS Scoping Study for One Stop Shop

NIACE is delighted to be working with a range of partners to support LSIS (the Learning and Skills Improvement Service) in implementing a sector led approach to quality improvement across the lifelong learning sector.

A key part of this work involves carrying out a survey on the concept of a Skills for Life ‘One Stop Shop’ model that will enable:

  • individuals to identify their current capabilities in relation to numeracy, literacy, financial capability and digital skills

  • effective signposting to learning and other services

Before we begin piloting approaches in the sector we are keen to gather your views and experiences through a short online survey available at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XMY69NH

If you have additional comments you would like to contribute, please email them to onestopshop@niace.org.uk.

The deadline for all contributions is 5pm on Friday 19th March.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks,

Jo Booth
