Content

This event was well attended and received good feedback.
A Report on the meeting can be seen here.

To view the PowerPoint presentations click on the following headings:

  • The Story So Far - a review of the project to date
  • The Way Forward - the LSC, and other funders, are moving to preferred Consortia working (rather than individual organisations). The LSC have funded a Learning Consortium Project for the Third Sector in Suffolk, but we now need your help to agree the way forward.
  • Train to Gain is being launched for the Third Sector and now includes opportunities for Level 3/4 and Leadership / Management training.
Find out how you can get an assessment of your organisation, access to free/subsidised courses and back cover costs.
  • Trainer Qualifications - If you provide 19+ learning which is Government funded (LSC, DWP, Council, Big Lottery, etc.) then your trainers must meet the new Teaching Qualifications (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS).
Come and find out what you need to do to meet the new requirements.
  • E-Guides is an LSC funded program to educate learning providers in using Information Communications Technology (ICT) to make the learning experience more effective, and includes capital funding to purchase ICT equipment.
