Steering Group

The Suffolk Learning Consortium is operated as a Managed Network by a Steering Group formed from seventeen organisations who signed up as partners to the project, and comprises of predominantly Third Sector members, but also includes non-Third Sector groups, who may have expertise, skills or experience that would prove useful in the decision-making processes (i.e. colleges and Adult Education providers who may well be important partners in the provision of learning and skills relevant to the Third Sector in Suffolk.

The whole focus though of the Consortium is on the needs of the voluntary and community sector in Suffolk and thus the eventual business plan will be 100% Third Sector focused.
